- sugar - 1/2 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- can pineapple chunks - 1 oz
- Ritz cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- sharp cheese, shredded - 1 c
How to make pineapple cheese casserole:
Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons of juice. Combine sugar and flour. Slowly stir in reserved pineapple juice; add cheese and pineapple chunks, mixing well. Put into greased 1-quart casserole dish. Combine oleo and crumbs and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes - 30.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
