- eggs - 2 item
- butter - 1/4 lb
- dash of salt - 1 item
- vanilla wafers - 1/2 pkg
- dash of cinnamon - 1 item
- Philly cream cheese - 3/4 lb
- pineapple, drained well - 2 c
How to make pineapple cheese cake:
Crust:1/2 c. sugar1/4 lb. butter1/2 pkg. vanilla wafers dash of cinnamon Combine eggs, sugar and cheese; cream well. Add pineapple, cinnamon and salt.Mash wafers and such for crust. Pour filling over crust and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
