Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• cream cheese - 3 6
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 2 c
• butter
• oil - 1/2 c
• soda - 2 tsp
• dash of salt - 1 item
• sifted powdered sugar
• chopped raw apples - 4 c

How to make apple nut cake:

Frosting:3 Tbsp. butter3 to 6 oz. cream cheese1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla Put all ingredients in bowl and mix. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

Frosting: Beat together and spread on cool cake.
