Pineapple cheese ball



  • pkg - 2 oz
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 1/2
  • finely chopped pecans - 3/4 c
  • minced green pepper - 1/4 c
  • minced onions - 2 Tbsp
  • garlic salt - 1 Tbsp

How to make pineapple cheese ball:

Beat cream cheese with fork; add other ingredients, saving some pecans to cover unmolded ball. Place in bowl and chill overnight. Makes exactly enough to fill a large Cool Whip container. Unmold to serve and sprinkle reserved pecans all over. Serve
