Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- all-purpose flour - 6 Tbsp
- 4 oz - 2 lb
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- grated sharp cheese - 2 c
- Ritz crackers, crumbled - 1 pkg
How to make pineapple casserole:
Mix together pineapple, sugar, flour and cheese. Put into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Cover top with cracker crumbs and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.This really adds to a very special dinner.
