Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla
- packed brown sugar - 2/3 c
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
- egg white - 1 item
- cooking spray - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- chopped pecans, toasted - 1/4 c
- can fat free evaporated milk
How to make sweet potato casserole with praline topping:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring to form a streusel. Set aside. Place potatoes in a Dutch oven. Add water to cover.
