- butter - 1/2 c
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 4 item
- can crushed pineapple with juice - 1 oz
- slices white bread - 6 item
How to make pineapple casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a medium bowl, cream the butter with sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in pineapple with juice. Cube the bread slices and fold into pineapple mixture. Spoon mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and bake, uncovered, 1 hour. Serve warm as a side dish or dessert.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pineapple, Main dish.
