Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- coconut - 1 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple with juice - 1 oz
- Add and mix flour, coconut, nuts and baking soda
How to make hawaiian cake:
Mix together pineapple, eggs and sugar. Add and mix flour, coconut, nuts and baking soda. Do not over mix. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350° for 40 - 45 minutes.
