Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • coconut - 1 c
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • powdered sugar
  • chopped walnuts - 1 c
  • can crushed pineapple with juice - 1 oz
  • Add and mix flour, coconut, nuts and baking soda

How to make hawaiian cake:

Mix together pineapple, eggs and sugar. Add and mix flour, coconut, nuts and baking soda. Do not over mix. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350° for 40 - 45 minutes. Frost when cool.Frosting:8 oz. cream cheese1 1/2 c. powdered sugar1 Tbsp. butter1 tsp. vanilla Beat together until smooth.
