Pineapple carrot bread
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 3 c
- sugar - 2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- shredded carrots - 2 c
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- chopped pecans or walnuts - 1 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk
How to make pineapple carrot bread:
In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In another bowl, beat eggs. Add carrots, oil, pineapple, nuts and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Spoon into 2 greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 65 to 70 minutes. Test for doneness.Recipe categories: For large groups, Breads, Oven.
