How to make bean soup:
Sort and wash beans. Place in a large pot. Cover with water and soak overnight. Drain beans and rinse. Cover with water and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer until beans are tender.Recipe categories: For large groups, Soups & stews, Beans.
