- sugar - 2 c
- cream cheese
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar - 3/4 c
- 2 can crushed pineapple
How to make pineapple cake:
Frosting:8 oz. cream cheese1 stick margarine1/2 c. chopped nuts3/4 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Combine all cake ingredients and beat 2 to 3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Bake in 350° oven 35 to 40 minutes.
