Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cream cheese
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs or egg substitute - 2 item
- 2 can crushed pineapple juice and all
How to make best pineapple cake:
Icing:8 oz. cream cheese1 stick margarine3/4 c. brown sugar3/4 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Combine and mix all of ingredients by hand. Using a 9 x 13-inch glass Pyrex dish (sprayed lightly with Pam), bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Icing: Soften cream cheese and margarine. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Spread onto warm cake. Sprinkle with nuts (optional).
