Ingredients/Components
- soft butter - 1/2 c
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- whip cream - 1/2 pt
- unbeaten eggs - 2 item
- icing sugar - 2 c
- can drained, crushed pineapple - 1 item
- graham or vanilla wafers, crushed
How to make icebox cake:
Press crumb mix and melted butter in 10 x 16-inch pan. Cream soft butter. Add icing sugar and 2 beaten eggs. Beat until light. Pour over crumbs. Beat 1/2 pint whip cream. Fold in pineapple. Sprinkle with leftover crumbs. Refrigerate 8 hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Cakes.
