Pineapple bread pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- 1/2 stick butter - 1/4 c
- large can crushed pineapple unsweetened - 1 item
- 5 or 6 slices white bread - 4, item
How to make pineapple bread pudding:
Beat eggs, sugar and butter. Break bread up in pieces and then mix pineapple in bread. Put all together and put into a greased baking dish. Cook at 350° for 1 hour. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Pineapple.
