  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • 1/2 stick butter - 1/4 c
  • large can crushed pineapple unsweetened - 1 item
  • 5 or 6 slices white bread - 4, item

How to make pineapple bread pudding:

Beat eggs, sugar and butter. Break bread up in pieces and then mix pineapple in bread. Put all together and put into a greased baking dish. Cook at 350° for 1 hour. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
