Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 item
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- Cool Whip - 1 item
- bananas - 4 item
- can drained crushed pineapple - 1 item
- Jiffy yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- boxes drained frozen strawberries - 2 item
How to make banana split cake:
Bake cake mix for 5 minutes less than directions in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cool. Cream margarine, eggs, vanilla and confectioners sugar. Beat until creamy and spread over cooled cake. Seal edges.Slice bananas and layer on cake with crushed pineapple and frozen strawberries. Cover top with Cool Whip. Then sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate for several hours.
