Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 7 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- shortening - 1 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- sifted flour or wheat flour - 3 c
How to make pie crust:
Mix flour and salt together. Cut shortening into flour mixture.In a separate bowl, beat egg and add vinegar and water. Mix. Add water mixture to flour mixture. If dry, add more water using tablespoon measure. Separate and roll into pies. Makes 3 pie shells.
