- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 2 c
- flour
- large eggs - 2 item
- When hot, add sugar and flour mixed together to milk and egg yolks
How to make coconut pie:
Heat milk in a saucepan with 2 egg yolks. When hot, add sugar and flour mixed together to milk and egg yolks. Stir and cook until thick. Remove from heat and add coconut and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into cookie pie shell. Add meringue.Meringue: egg whites2 Tbsp. sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat until soft peaks will stand.
