- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- water - 5 Tbsp
- coconut - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- shortening - 1 c
- raisins - 1/2 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- Add water, egg and vinegar
How to make japanese fruit pie:
Mix shortening, salt and flour. Add water, egg and vinegar. Mix. Makes 2 single crusts.Filling:1 c. sugar1/2 c. melted butter2 beaten eggs1 Tbsp. vinegar1 tsp. salt1/2 c. chopped pecans1/2 c. coconut1/2 c. raisins Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
