Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cold water - 6 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- fat - 1 c
How to make pie crust:
Cut shortening into flour until mixture is size of peas. Mix egg, water and vinegar together. Stir into flour until it forms a soft ball. Makes 4 crusts.Recipe categories: Pie, Pies and tarts, Crusts/pastry dough.
