Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • cold water - 6 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • vinegar - 2 tsp
  • all-purpose flour - 3 c
  • fat - 1 c

How to make pie crust:

Cut shortening into flour until mixture is size of peas. Mix egg, water and vinegar together. Stir into flour until it forms a soft ball. Makes 4 crusts.
