Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 lb
- cloves - 1 Tbsp
- allspice - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar apple - 1 qt
- peaches - 9 lb
- sticks cinnamon, broken - 4 item
How to make pickled peaches:
Make a syrup of spices and vinegar. Let come to a good boil. Pour over peaches that have been put in stone jars. Repeat for 8 mornings. On the 9th morning, put peaches in glass jars and pour hot syrup over them and seal.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Side dish, Peaches.
