Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 8 c
- water - 2 c
- vinegar - 2 c
- cloves - 3 tsp
- allspice - 3 tsp
- sticks cinnamon - 2 item
- peaches - 8 lb
How to make peach pickles:
Mix vinegar, water, sugar and spices; bring to a boil. Drop in whole fresh peaches, which have been peeled. Simmer peaches in syrup for about 5 minutes, then pack in warm, clean jars. Pour syrup over and seal.Recipe categories: Fruit, American, North american.
