  • water - 2 c
  • vinegar - 2 c
  • cloves - 3 tsp
  • allspice - 3 tsp
  • sticks cinnamon - 2 item
  • peaches - 8 lb

How to make peach pickles:

Mix vinegar, water, sugar and spices; bring to a boil. Drop in whole fresh peaches, which have been peeled. Simmer peaches in syrup for about 5 minutes, then pack in warm, clean jars. Pour syrup over and seal.
