Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • cream cheese
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • lemon jello - 1 pkg
  • graham crackers, crushed - 15 item
  • can evaporated milk, chilled - 1 item
  • xxxx powdered sugar
  • melted block margarine - 1 item

How to make lemon cheesecake:

Save 1 cup of graham crackers, crushed, for topping.

Mix cream cheese and sugar. Mix jello and boiling water. Add together. Beat milk until foamy and add cheese and jello mixture. Pour into dish (9 x 13-inch) over the crust. Let chill overnight.

Crust Recipe: Crush graham crackers and mix with sugar and butter. Pack to form a crust around the bottom of the 9 x 13-inch dish. Sprinkle the top of the cake with reserved cracker crust.
