- sugar
- water
- vinegar - 2 c
- beets from garden or 8 cans tiny whole beets, drained
How to make pickled beets:
Heat vinegar, water and sugar to a boil. Place beets in and cook until they are heated. Put beets in jars and cover with liquid. Seal.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Condiments, etc., Salads.
