Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- raisins - 1 c
- nuts, chopped - 1 c
- lemon flavor - 1 tsp
- milk with 2 tsp - 1/2 c
- mashed persimmon - 1 c
How to make persimmon pudding:
Mix well. Put in 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Cover with wax paper. Place pan in larger pan with 1 to 2 inches of water. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 300°.Recipe categories: Fruit, American, North american.
