Ingredients/Components
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- can cherry pie filling - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- chopped nuts if desired - 1/2 c
How to make cherry crunch:
Preheat oven to 350°. Spread pie filling in a 9-inch square pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine dry cake mix, nuts and margarine. (Mixture will be crumbly.) Sprinkle over pie filling. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes until golden brown. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, American.
