  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • evaporated milk - 3/4 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • dark brown sugar
  • pecans
  • oleo - 1 c
  • salt and vanilla - 1/2 tsp

How to make pecan squares:

Filling:1 1/2 c. dark brown sugar1/2 c. sugar2 Tbsp. flour1/2 tsp. salt and vanilla2 eggs, beaten3/4 c. evaporated milk2 1/2 c. pecans Spread dough in oblong pan. Mix and pour remainder of ingredients over dough. Bake on middle shelf at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Makes 24 squares.
