  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • evaporated milk - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • buttermilk - 4 Tbsp
  • pecans - 1/2 c
  • oleo - 1/3 c
  • large bananas - 3 item
  • can coconut - 1 item
  • can nuts - 1 item
  • Frosting:1 small banana
  • can Marshmallow Creme - 1 item

How to make banana cake:

Frosting:1 small banana1 c. evaporated milk1 Tbsp. vanilla1 can Marshmallow Creme1 can nuts1 can coconut Cream cake ingredients together and add nuts. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Mix frosting ingredients together and spread on cooled cake. Makes 2 (9-inch) layers or use a 9 x 13-inch pan.
