Pecan pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/4 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• flour - 1 Tbsp
• melted butter - 1/4 c
• pecans - 1 c
• eggs, well beaten - 3 item
• King syrup or light molasses - 1 c

How to make pecan pie:

Combine eggs, sugar and syrup. Mix well. Add butter, salt, vanilla and nut meats. Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350° to 375° for 30 minutes, or until set. Makes 1 large pie. (One and one-half recipes make 2 small pies.)
