Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- pecans - 1 c
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- King syrup or light molasses - 1 c
How to make pecan pie:
Combine eggs, sugar and syrup. Mix well. Add butter, salt, vanilla and nut meats. Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350° to 375° for 30 minutes, or until set. Makes 1 large pie. (One and one-half recipes make 2 small pies.)Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
