  • milk - 3 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
  • Cool Whip - 1 item
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • softened cream cheese - 8 oz
  • boxes instant lemon pudding - 2 item

How to make lemon delight:

Combine flour, oleo and nuts; press into bottom of cake pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350°. Let crust cool completely. Mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar; spread over cooled crust. In large bowl, mix instant pudding and milk; blend until pudding mixture. Spread this over cream cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate. Top lightly with finely chopped walnuts.
