Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- flour - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- Cool Whip - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- softened cream cheese - 8 oz
- boxes instant lemon pudding - 2 item
How to make lemon delight:
Combine flour, oleo and nuts; press into bottom of cake pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350°. Let crust cool completely. Mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar; spread over cooled crust. In large bowl, mix instant pudding and milk; blend until pudding mixture. Spread this over cream cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate.
