Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- butter - 1/2 c
- pecan halves - 1/4 c
- eggs, unbeaten - 3 item
- white Karo syrup - 3/4 c
- 9-inch pie shell
- broken pecans - 3/4 c
How to make pecan pie:
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and syrup. Beat well. Add broken pecans. Pour into pie shell. Place pecan halves around edge of crust. Bake in 450° oven 10 minutes. Decrease heat to 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
