Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- pecan halves - 1 c
- dark corn syrup - 1 c
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
How to make pecan pie:
In medium bowl, beat together eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt. Arrange pecans on bottom of pie shell. Carefully pour egg mixture over pecans. Bake on bottom rack of preheated oven set at 400° until knife comes out clean. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
