Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- white corn syrup - 1 c
- light brown sugar, firmly packed - 1 c
- pecan meats, broken - 2 c
How to make pecan pie:
Cream butter; add sugar and syrup. Add salt to eggs and beat until light. Blend eggs with first mixture. Add vanilla and pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
