Oatmeal cake

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour
• brown sugar - 1 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• boiling water
• oatmeal - 1 c
• white sugar - 1 c
• stick oleo - 1 item
• coconut if you like - 1 c
• evaporated milk Pet Brand - 1/2 c
• nut meats if you like - 1/2 c

How to make oatmeal cake:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 c. coconut (if you like)1/2 c. evaporated milk (Pet Brand)1/2 c. nut meats (if you like) Mix first 3 ingredients together and cool. Add next 7 ingredients, mix all together and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

Topping: Mix ingredients in small pan, boil 2 minutes, then spread over cake while both are still hot.
