Ingredients/Components
- white sugar
- oil - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- cooked prunes - 1 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- Bake in loaf pan at 350° for 45 minutes
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- white corn syrup - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/2 1/4
How to make prune cake:
Mix all ingredients together. Bake in loaf pan at 350° for 45 minutes.Icing:1 c. white sugar1/2 c. buttermilk1/2 tsp. soda1 tsp. white corn syrup1/2 to 1/4 tsp. butter Stir and cook in a saucepan until it forms a soft ball.
