Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon
• eggs - 2 item
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• nutmeg
• oil - 1/2 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• chopped pecans or walnuts - 1 c
• apples, cored, peeled and diced - 4 c

How to make apple cake:

Cream sugar, oil and eggs; add flour, soda, salt and spices. Blend thoroughly. Add apples and pecans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour in 7 x 12-inch pan.
