Pecan crunchies
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- water - 1 Tbsp
- pecan halves - 1 lb
- egg white, beaten stiff - 1 item
How to make pecan crunchies:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Line a jelly loaf pan with aluminum foil. Spread pecans on foil. Bake in 325° oven for 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Store in airtight container.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
