Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- confectioners sugar - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 item
- almond brickle chips - 6 oz
- 2 sticks cold butter - 1 c
How to make pecan pie bars:
Preheat oven to 325° for glass pan or 350° for aluminum. Combine flour and sugar and cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Press firmly in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex baking pan.
