Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- sifted flour - 2 c
- oleo - 1 c
- crushed potato chips - 1/2 c
How to make pecan crunch cookies:
Cream oleo, sugar and vanilla. Add chips and pecans. Stir in flour. Form into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press balls flat with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Decorate with pecan half. Bake at 350° for 16 to 18 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
