  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • egg whites - 3 item
  • pecans, chopped - 1 c
  • graham crackers 2 1/2 inch squares, crushed - 11 item

How to make pecan crunch:

Beat until fluffy the egg whites, sugar and baking powder. Fold in graham crackers and chopped pecans. Pour into well-greased pie pan. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes. Refrigerate 4 hours.
