Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- egg whites - 3 item
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- graham crackers 2 1/2 inch squares, crushed - 11 item
How to make pecan crunch:
Beat until fluffy the egg whites, sugar and baking powder. Fold in graham crackers and chopped pecans. Pour into well-greased pie pan. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes. Refrigerate 4 hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Candy.
