- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 1
- dash of salt - 1 item
- plain flour - 2 Tbsp
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
- canned pears - 1 qt
- pie crust, uncooked - 2 item
How to make pear pie:
Mix pears, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt; pour into one pie crust. Dot with oleo; cover pie filling with remaining, thawed pie shell. Seal edges and make slits in top. Bake at 350° until golden brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
