Peanut ice cream pie

Ingredients/Components

• graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
• sugar - 1/4 c
• butter - 1/3 c
• light corn syrup - 1/2 c
• peanut butter - 1/3 c
• vanilla ice cream, softened - 1 qt
• unsalted nuts, chopped - 2/3 c

How to make peanut ice cream pie:

Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie pan. Press 1/2 ice cream into crust. In a small bowl, mix peanut butter and syrup. Spread over ice cream. Top with remaining ice cream. Sprinkle on nuts and freeze.
