Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2/3 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• coconut - 1/2 c
• egg whites - 2 item
• peanut butter - 1/4 c

How to make peanut butter macaroons:

Beat egg whites, vanilla and sugar until soft peaks form. Fold in coconut and peanut butter, which has been melted and cooled. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
