Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • vanilla - 1 item
  • milk - 2 c
  • flour - 6 Tbsp
  • cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • coconut - 3/4 c
  • margarine or butter
  • egg whites - 3 item
  • white sugar - 6 Tbsp
  • egg yolks save whites for meringue - 3 item
  • Cook in microwave High heat until thick, stirring occasionally with wire beater

How to make coconut cream pie:

Mix sugar, flour, milk and egg yolks. Cook in microwave (High heat) until thick, stirring occasionally with wire beater. When thick, add vanilla, margarine and coconut. Pour into baked pie shell.No Tears Magic Meringue:2 Tbsp. sugar1/2 c. water1 Tbsp. cornstarch3 egg whites6 Tbsp. white sugar vanilla Mix the first 3 ingredients together and cook in microwave until thick. Then set aside to cool. Beat egg whites until stiff, then add white sugar and vanilla. Add the cool mixture and brown in oven.
