Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • Milnot - 1/2 c
  • stick oleo - 1/3 item
  • corn syrup for each cup sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • peanut butter

How to make peanut butter fudge:

Mix first 5 ingredients and cook on medium until hard boil. Test in cold water for hard ball. Remove from heat immediately and add peanut butter. (For chocolate fudge, add 3 tablespoons cocoa.) Beat a while; it doesn't take long before it's too hard to spread. Have greased dish ready.
