Peanut butter fudge
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- Milnot - 1/2 c
- stick oleo - 1/3 item
- corn syrup for each cup sugar - 2 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- peanut butter
How to make peanut butter fudge:
Mix first 5 ingredients and cook on medium until hard boil. Test in cold water for hard ball. Remove from heat immediately and add peanut butter. (For chocolate fudge, add 3 tablespoons cocoa.) Beat a while; it doesn't take long before it's too hard to spread. Have greased dish ready.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
