Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- coconut - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- nuts - 1/2 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- Milnot - 1 c
- Mix brown sugar, nuts and coconut; crumble on top
How to make pineapple cake:
Mix sugar, flour, pineapple, baking soda and salt; pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix brown sugar, nuts and coconut; crumble on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and top with icing.Icing:1 1/2 c. sugar1 stick oleo1 c. MilnRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
