Ingredients/Components

  • granulated sugar - 1 c
  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • butter or margarine - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • all-purpose flour - 1/3 c
  • fresh peaches - 3 c
  • 9-inch deep dish pie shell - 1 item
  • peach, slice for garnish - 1 item

How to make peaches and cream pie:

Place 3 cups of peaches in pie shell. Combine sugar, flour and salt. Add eggs and sour cream, stirring until well blended. Spoon over peaches. Combine 1/2 cup of sugar and remaining flour. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle evenly to cover top of pie (there may be extra topping). Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes or until golden brown. Use sliced peach for garnish.
