Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 1/3 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item
- fresh peaches - 3 c
How to make peaches and cream pie:
Topping:1/2 c. flour1/4 c. butter or margarine1/2 c. sugar1/8 tsp. salt Place peaches in pie shell. Combine flour, sugar and salt. Add eggs and sour cream. Stir until blended. Spoon over peaches.Topping: Combine topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over pie.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
