  • sugar - 1 c
  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • butter or margarine - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item
  • fresh peaches - 3 c

How to make peaches and cream pie:

Topping:1/2 c. flour1/4 c. butter or margarine1/2 c. sugar1/8 tsp. salt Place peaches in pie shell. Combine flour, sugar and salt. Add eggs and sour cream. Stir until blended. Spoon over peaches.

Topping: Combine topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over pie.

Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
