Peaches and cream
Ingredients/Components
- lettuce leaves - 1 item
- oz cream cheese, softened - 6 item
- Tbsp apricot preserves - 2 item
- c drained pineapple tidbits - 1 item
- 16 oz cans peach halves, drained - 3 item
How to make peaches and cream:
Beat the cream cheese and preserves in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer until well blended. Stir in the pineapple. Place the peach halves cut side up on a lettuce-lined platter.
