Peach muffins

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• chopped pecans - 1 c
• butter - 1/2 c
• baking powder
• egg - 1 item
• all-purpose flour
• sour cream or plain yogurt - 1/2 c
• chopped fresh peaches - 1 c

How to make peach muffins:

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and beat well. Beat vanilla and sour cream or yogurt into creamed mixture. Add flour and baking powder. Stir well. Add chopped peaches and pecans just until mixed.

Drop by spoonfuls into well-greased muffin tins. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
