Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- cake flour - 1 c
- can peaches - 1 oz
How to make peach cake:
Butter and flour an 8-inch pan. Mix batter. Pour 1/2 in pan. Drain peaches thoroughly. Put over batter. Put rest of batter over peaches. Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. To make cake flour,Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Peaches.
